What if our data is a mess?
That's exactly why you need this audit. Most companies have broken attribution—that's the point. We'll tell you what's salvageable and what needs rebuilding.
How long does the audit take?
6 weeks standard. Week 1-2: Data collection. Week 3-4: Analysis and report. Week 5-6: Presentation and planning. Implementation adds 4-6 weeks.
Do you need access to our CRM?
Yes. Read-only access to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) is required. We also need access to Google Analytics, ad platforms, and any other marketing tools. We sign NDAs and handle data securely.
What if we don't have a CRM?
That's a finding. We'll recommend CRM setup as part of the roadmap. But we can still audit what you do track and show you what visibility you're missing.
Can you just build the attribution model without the audit?
No. Attribution models fail when built without understanding the full data landscape. The audit reveals what you need to track before we can attribute revenue properly.
What if our sales cycle is 12+ months?
Long sales cycles make attribution harder but more valuable. We'll build a model that tracks early indicators while also tracking long-term revenue. Multi-touch attribution becomes critical for long cycles.
Do you work with our team or replace them?
