Zoho’s SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and HIPAA certifications belong to its Quincy and Dallas co-location facilities, not to Zoho Corporation, and changing either data center means closing the account or a destructive migration. Scope compared, criterion by criterion. Checked 7 September 2026.

Zoho names two US data centers, Quincy and Dallas, assigned at sign-up with no customer choice. Its SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and HIPAA certifications are attributed to those co-location facilities, not to Zoho Corporation. FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and GovCloud are absent from the list entirely, and the HIPAA business associate agreement comes only on contractual request, with no minimum paid edition published.
Changing which of the two US data centers holds a Zoho account is not a supported migration path: the assignment is fixed at sign-up, changeable only by closing the account entirely or running a destructive migration, with the old data deleted after fourteen days. HubSpot, for comparison, hosts on AWS US East, holds its own SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3 certifications, and leaves ISO 27001 to the host — a shorter list, but one it can claim in its own name.
Zoho CRM states twenty-eight languages on one page, then describes twenty-eight “fully supported” languages on another — separating US and UK English — plus an unquantified set left only partially translated, where setup pages stay in the system language. HubSpot ships seventeen languages, does not split English into US or UK, and warns that in-product search is not always translated either.
Zoho CRM’s own pages mention tax only through a generic footnote, naming no sales tax, no state, and no rate — served in a non-US variant, priced in rupees. Per-state and local calculation belongs to a different product entirely, Zoho Billing. HubSpot, by contrast, adds tax by address and calculates it automatically at the state level through Revenue Hub Professional or Enterprise, for US and Canada only, though nexus responsibility stays with the customer either way.
For Zoho CRM, payment methods are card and PayPal, plus a wire transfer for annual billing — worded differently on two of Zoho’s own pages, one of which adds check payment as an option. HubSpot names net-30 in its own terms at section 3.4, yet rejects the customer’s own purchase-order clauses at section 12.8, and publishes no dollar threshold or W-9 near either page.
