TL;DR
Challenge & Objectives
Simplébo wanted to accelerate customer acquisition through Meta Ads while targeting a market made up of several sub-segments with very different needs and expectations.
Lawyers, for example, are particularly sensitive to compliance, firm image, and professional credibility. Healthcare practitioners are more focused on patient accessibility, appointment booking, and building trust before a first consultation.
The challenge was therefore to move away from a generic message and develop distinct value propositions for each target audience.
The main objectives were to:
- Identify the most relevant value propositions for Simplébo's priority audiences.
- Test these messages through Meta Ads, with segmentation by profession.
- Identify the best-performing messages for each target profile.
- Build a recurring acquisition system through a multichannel approach combining paid media, email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
Strategy
To address Simplébo's challenges, Bulldozer structured the strategy around four key steps: defining the value propositions, testing messaging through Meta Ads, building qualified prospecting databases, and activating these audiences through a multichannel approach.
A. Defining the Value Propositions
The first step was to develop several value propositions tailored to the targeted regulated professions.
The goal was to avoid a one-size-fits-all message and test different angles based on each audience's specific motivations: credibility, local visibility, compliance, appointment booking, reassurance, and ease of implementation.
The main angles explored were:
- Time savings
- Compliance and adherence to industry standards
- Local visibility
- Appointment booking and accessibility
- Professional credibility and brand image
- Ease of implementation
B. Audience-Specific Meta Ads Testing
- Meta Ads campaigns were structured by segment, with differentiated messaging for lawyers and healthcare practitioners.
- For lawyers, campaigns focused on a professional and understated tone, highlighting firm credibility, compliance with industry standards, and control over their online image.
- For healthcare practitioners, messaging placed greater emphasis on local visibility, patient trust, access to information, and ease of contact.
This segmentation made it possible to more accurately identify which messages resonated best with each profession.
C. Building and Enriching Prospecting Databases
Alongside paid campaigns, Bulldozer worked on building qualified prospecting databases to create a commercial asset that could be activated over time.
The databases were segmented around two priority audiences: lawyers and healthcare practitioners.
The goal was to ensure that Simplébo was not solely dependent on Meta Ads campaigns, but could also activate qualified audiences every month across multiple prospecting channels.
D. Multichannel Activation & Continuous Optimization
The final step was to connect paid campaigns with outbound channels, including email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
This multichannel approach increased the number of touchpoints with target audiences while allowing messaging to be adapted to each channel.
Bulldozer also monitored and optimized performance through audience analysis, budget adjustments, messaging iterations, and recommendations for future activations.
The objective was to manage acquisition as a recurring system that could be activated every month, rather than as a one-off advertising campaign.
Results
- €4K+ in additional MRR every month generated through an email nurturing sequence built around a visibility audit.
- 11,000 enriched contacts available for monthly activation across lawyer and healthcare practitioner segments.
- 6 value propositions tested, with monthly performance monitoring.
- A structured multichannel acquisition strategy combining Meta Ads, email, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- A better understanding of the specific expectations and motivations of Simplébo's priority audiences.
